海の幸を【きいながしま港市】で、山の幸を【下河内の里山定食】でお楽しみください。

場所：紀伊長島体育館跡地 ※季の座からお車で約15分。

町内外から25業者が出店し、漁港直送の鮮魚や伊勢えびをはじめ種類が豊富な干物、サザエ・カキなどの貝類、かんきつ類、和菓子、各お寿司や押し寿司、さかなめしなどの地場産品からお総菜や屋台などが並び多くの買い物客で賑わいます。

【下河内でそば打ち体験＆直売所】
日程：10月12日(土)
時間：10時00分～14時00分
場所：そば蔵 旭屋 ※季の座からお車で約25分。

全く初めての方でもそば打ち体験を楽しんでいただくことができます（予約無しでもＯＫ）。
またこの日は地元手作りの下河内そばをはじめ農作物や漬物、こんにゃくなどの下河内産品を販売する直売所もオープンしています。また里山定食やざるそばなどの食事も人気です。

Location: KiiNagashima Gymnasium ruins* Approximately 15 minutes by car from Hotel Tokinoza.

Twenty-five vendors have opened from outside the town, offering fresh fish and Ise shrimp directly from the fishing port, a wide variety of dried fish, shellfish such as Sazae and oysters, citrus, Japanese sweets, sushi, pressed sushi, and local products such as fish Side dishes and food stalls are lined up and crowded with many shoppers.

[Soba making experience & direct sales in Shimokawachi]
Date: Saturday, October 12
Time: 10: 00-14: 00
Location: Sobazo Asahiya * Approximately 25 minutes by car from Hotel Tokinoza.

Even beginners can enjoy making soba noodles (even without a reservation).
On this day, there is also a direct sales office that sells local handmade Shimokawachi soba, as well as agricultural products, pickles, and konjac products. Satoyama set meals and zaru soba are also popular.
